Shipping policy

All of our products strictly adhere to privacy shipping principles. There will be no sensitive vocabulary or our brand logo on the outer packaging, so please rest assured when making a purchase. Products ordered before 3:00 PM will be shipped/delivered on the same day.

For customers in the Greater Vancouver Area

• Currently, we use express mail for delivery, and the shipping fee is calculated by our logistics partners.
• Orders of $60 CAD or more qualify for free shipping.
• Products ordered before 3:00 PM will be shipped on the same day; orders placed after 3:00 PM will be shipped on the same day or the next day (excluding weekends and holidays).
• Typically, express delivery takes 1-2 business days (final delivery times depend on the courier company).
• If you need self-pickup or rush delivery, please contact our customer service via WeChat at peachmomo_official to make an appointment.

For customers outside of the Greater Vancouver in Canada

• Delivery is always made by express mail, and the shipping fee is calculated by the logistics partner.
• Orders over $69 CAD will receive free shipping.
• Products ordered before 3:00 PM will be shipped on the same day, while orders placed after 3:00 PM will be shipped on the same or next day.(Weekends and holidays are excepted)
• Typically, express delivery takes 3-6 business days (final delivery times depend on the courier company).

For customers in the United States

• Delivery is always made by express mail, and the shipping fee is calculated by the logistics partner.
• Shipping is free for orders over $80 USD.
• Products ordered before 3:00 PM will be shipped on the same day, while orders placed after 3:00 PM will be shipped on the same or next day. (Weekends and holidays are excepted)
• The delivery time of express delivery is subject to the information provided by the express company.
• Typically, express delivery takes 3-6 business days
